Remove handover option as part of the Chatbot builder

Some branches give definite answers and should not offer a human handover. I'd love to see an option to remove this handover button at the end of certain chatbot branches.

When you say handover button you mean the "Chat to human" button that is proposed after AI has answered?

Nicolas Morvan Exactly. I would like to be in control when that option is given so that when a definite answer was given in certain branches, users can't just click "chat to a human" in order to bring up the same issue without reading or translating the AI response properly (which happens a lot).
