Pain point: non-native english speakers don't understand some web chat instructions

Goal: improve non-english UX

Description: Auto-translate web chat instructions based on a users browser language settings. For example, the request email screen.

We need a few localization in some automated answers.

Ex. The spam message should say: "Bu konuşma spam olarak işaretlendirilmiştir."

Ex. The last message should say: "Bu konuşma sonlandırılmıştır. Bizimle olan deneyiminizi nasıl değerlendirirdiniz?"

Pain point: when users interact with the AI, even if the bot responds in a different language the buttons after the response display in english.

Goal: make the UX clear, regardless of what language you're interacting in.

Description: auto-translate the button copy based on a user's language settings.
