We arent receiving push notifications when a ticket is created in support and the tickets shouldnt have to be assigned to receive notifications we want all messages to be shared with us instantly when we are being reached out to by the people in the support tickets.

Goal is to receive push notification via discord when the ticket has been made, when the person messages in the discord etc i dont want to have to go through the mava dashboard
