Is there any possiblity to turn off auto-focus on the writing box when clicking on tickets to try assign them in mava?

Because on phone once you click on a ticket,the keyboard immediately pops up to cover half of screen and you need to use the back button then you try to assign ticket which is quite irritating especially in traffic times.

On pc, it's still focusing on writing box but keyboard don't popup so can assign ticket immediately once you click on it!

Just a small feedback and would be great if something can be done regarding this!
